Yoga for the Mind – can’t beat a bit of zen!

I chose yoga as I felt it was a perfect way to relax, be free and to get in tune with your mind and body.  I feel this reflects all the work Coventry & Warwickshire Mind does in helping those overcome day to day stresses that can trigger anxiety and worry. 

The event was held 7th January 2017 and a fantastic £80 was raised.  I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who participated and supported the event. Here are a few pictures from the morning 🙂
