The Coventry and Warwickshire Year of Wellbeing is a unique partnership between Coventry and Warwickshire Health and Wellbeing Boards, the first of its kind in the country, to address challenges which affect us all.

Coventry and Warwickshire Mind shares the Year of Wellbeing’s vision for a strong community, inspired and empowered to take action to improve health and wellbeing for themselves and others in 2019 and beyond.

Steven Hill, CEO of Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, said: “We are delighted to support the Coventry and Warwickshire Year of Wellbeing to improve the health and wellbeing of all in our area.

“The Year of Wellbeing, 2019, is already shaping up to be exciting year for our charity as we continue to work hard to ensure sure no-one experiences a mental health problem alone with a range of free to access services.

“Our new-look Mental Health & Wellbeing Bus goes public in January with a number of scheduled stops across Coventry and Warwickshire. All are welcome to get on board where you can get advice and information.

“Our bus is one of a range of ways we reach out to communities, along with a number of Wellbeing Hub drop-ins, some of which open every day of the year.

“We also encourage everyone to join us for RED January, a move every day challenge for the start of 2019 to help manage mental health through physical activity.

“For the Year of Wellbeing and beyond, we urge everyone to focus on their mental wellbeing as well their physical health, and Coventry and Warwickshire Mind is here to help anyone who needs it.”
