Location:Rugby Wellbeing Hub
Salary:£7,095 per annum (£17,500 FTE)
Hours:15 hours per week

To include one evening, and one Saturday morning per week.

(Currently the service is being delivered via telephone and video-link remotely.  Eventually the service will resume from the Wellbeing Hub).

Purpose of the job:

To support the delivery of the Rugby Wellbeing Hub, by carrying out a range of duties which ensure the wellbeing of clients and that an effective outcome defined delivery of support, advice, guidance and signposting is achieved.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of supporting people with mental health problems (minimum of one year).
  • Ability and experience of working with a wide range of people (inc. people with additional needs or with people from diverse backgrounds).
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong commitment to empowering service users.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Up to date knowledge of mental health and key issues linked to good wellbeing.
  • Ability to travel across Rugby and surrounding areas.
