There is a growing collection of websites, support services and apps that have been recommended to us from young people in Coventry and Warwickshire. Some are national services, others are more locally based. Although Coventry and Warwickshire Mind is unable to endorse external organisations we are happy to pass on any recommendations. If you want to recommend any more local or National services we would love to hear about them.

Below are a number of national support/ crisis organisations.
If you are extremely worried about your health and well being, contact your GP, call 999 for emergency services, or call the Samaritans on 116 123. Also see National Mind for further information on crisis management.
If you are aged 16 + and live in Warwickshire you can access the mhm Safe Haven walk in centres for support and signposting
