Mental Health Awareness Week 2018

The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is Stress: are we coping?

And to mark the annual awareness-raising event which runs from May 14 – May 20 Wellbeing for Warwickshire will be hosting a series of outreach sessions and activities.

North Warwickshire Wellbeing Hubs

During the Bedworth, North Warwickshire and Nuneaton peer led drop-ins below, staff will give an active presentation on one or two of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and the links that each has with stress, along with tools/techniques to de-stress.
