Hours 25-30 hours per week

The cover is for a payment of 2 x gross salary (tax free), should you die whilst in service with CW Mind.

  • Flexible Working – A range of options available for all employees, after completing 26 weeks of service, dependent on role and responsibilities. This includes, working patterns, working in CWM venues, and working remotely.
  • Pension – Minimum 5% employee contribution and 3% employer contribution, with an ethical investment policy option.
  • Sick pay – On passing the probationary period, Coventry and Warwickshire Mind employees will be entitled to paid sick leave.


Purpose of the Job

Now is an exciting time to join our HR team as we continue to expand. We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to support our existing HR team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To provide administrative support to the HR Department.
  • To respond to emails and requests from internal and external sources.
  • To maintain and update personnel records.
  • To undertake filing, photocopying, typing and collating information where necessary.
  • To send reminders regarding DBS checks, Supervisions, Appraisals, and Probationary Reviews.
  • Respond to enquiries received via job sites.
  • Running reports, as requested, from the Organisation’s database.
  • To maintain good employment relations and communication with all staff across the organisation.
  • To take messages via telephone and in person and ensure these reach appropriate staff members using agreed procedures.
  • To undertake these duties in a framework that recognises the diversity of employees and encourages equality of opportunity for all.

Essential criteria includes:

  • Experience of working in an administrative environment.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft 365, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload, working within strict deadlines.
  • Attention to detail at all times.
  • Able to use a computer and other electronic devices.
  • Fully computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and programs such as Word and Excel. Confident using Teams, Outlook and managing Calendars.
  • Enthusiastic, innovative, and flexible approach.
  • Committed and supportive approach to the strategic aims of the Organisation.
