Time to Talk Day

Time to Talk Day 2020 is on Thursday, February 6, and we will be marking the day with a public event on our bus in Coventry city centre with our CEO Steven Hill on board for a question and answer session.

Come on over for a cuppa and a chat!

Steven Hill, CEO of Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, has worked for CW Mind for 25 years and will be on board the bus with a difference as it features a range of mental health and wellbeing resources inside.

Find out more about the Mental Health and Wellbeing Bus here.

Our bus will be parked in Broadgate on Thursday 6 February from 10am – 4pm as part of the national Time to Talk Day campaign which runs every year to normalise everyday conversations around mental health and combat stigma.

If you have a question about mental health in Coventry and Warwickshire, Mind and our services, Steven will be taking questions from the public at the bus from 12noon – 1pm. He said: “Our message is that talking about mental health doesn’t have to be difficult, you can even talk about it while out walking with a friend, down the pub or on the bus.

“Join us on our bus if you want to discuss mental health and find out more about the free services we offer in Coventry and Warwickshire. I also invite anyone who wants to speak with me to come over between 12noon and 1pm when I’ll be on the bus to answer any questions you may have.”

Time to Talk Day is organised by Time to Change to give people a chance to talk about mental health, to listen and change lives.
