We’re delighted to join forces with RED January again to help you challenge yourself to get active every day, your way, next year. Read on to find out how to kick-start your 2020 by being more active on your own or as a group.

RED January encourages you to support your mental health by doing something active every single day. RED January can provide you with a goal and a focus in a characteristically tough month, empowering you to start the year as you mean to go on. All achievements are celebrated, no matter how big or small, and the RED community is there to support you every step of the way.


Whether you run, swim, cycle or choose your favourite fitness activity, set your goal and enjoy support from the RED community every step, splash and pedal of the way!

Kick-start your 2020 in a positive way and raise funds for Coventry and Warwickshire Mind so together we can be active for better mental health. Last year was the first time CW Mind got involved in RED January, and over £2,000 was raised! Whether you raise funds or just participate, every bit helps to raise awareness of mental health.

If it’s running 5k, walking to work via a longer route, a morning swim or taking the bike for a spin, register to join thousands of people around the UK that are going to be kick-starting their 2020 in the most positive way.
