Job Title Recovery Support Worker
Location: Coventry
Salary: £18,000 (pro rata) per annum
Hours: Full time/Part time

(Shift work – 12 hour shifts working on a rota basis, 8 till 8, includes nights/weekends/bank holidays)

Job type: Permanent
Purpose of the job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of a brand new 24 hour mental health support unit based in Coventry.  Our purpose built state of the art Residential Recovery Centre will provide person centred multiple interventions in order to support people on their journey towards independence.  This is a unique opportunity to join a new team and help to develop a cutting edge mental health service that Coventry can be proud of.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of working in care/support
  • Proven track record of supporting people with mental health problems
  • Experience of working with a wide range of agencies
  • Up to date knowledge of mental health issues
  • NVQ/Diploma level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
