Job Title Intensive Recovery Support Worker (Overnight)
Location: Coventry
Salary: £18,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 2 posts available – 10pm – 6am

1 x 32 hour post – £15568 per annum

1 x 24 hour post – £11676 per annum

(At times staff may well be asked to cover the shift of other colleagues on overnight duty)

Purpose of the job:

To provide practical and emotional person centred support that works towards empowerment and recovery, which values equality and diversity and is proactively targeted to achieve levels of independence appropriate for each Service User.  To advance service support of clients, averting crisis and distress over night.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of working in a care/support role.
  • NVQ/Diploma level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Flexibility – must be able to work nights and cover shifts when needed.
  • Strong commitment to empowering service users.
  • An ability to travel to venues across Coventry when needed.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Able to use a computer and/or other electronic device.
