Job Title Performance & Monitoring Lead
Location: Coventry, with travel required across Coventry and Warwickshire
Salary: £17,331 per annum (£28,500 pro rata)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Purpose of the job:

Coventry and Warwickshire Mind are looking for a person who has an analytical approach to ensuring that services within the organisation are recording, reporting and achieving agreed outcomes and outputs in relation to existing and future contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide leadership and expertise to implement, improve and maintain systems for demonstrating that all CW Mind services are meeting the requirements of their contract, through outcomes and outputs.
  • To develop and manage quality assurance processes which drive performance in CW Mind, to ensure that services meet contractual and regulatory requirements as well as the highest standards of best practice.
  • To provide specialist knowledge to Senior Management, Managers, Leads and staff with clear guidance to ensure that CW Mind meets its objectives in relation to performance and monitoring.

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience of monitoring, evaluation and reporting in relation to service delivery.
  • Experience of using databases and other tools relating to monitoring.
  • Positive, supportive, proactive and solution focused approach.
  • Strong commitment to empowering service users.
  • Able to travel across Coventry and Warwickshire.
