Pathfinder one-to-one support

The Pathfinder service provides the opportunity to anyone living in Coventry, over 18 years of age, who is experiencing an emotionally difficult time in their lives to identify the causes and explore ways to make positive changes. You can have up to 8 sessions with a named worker who will support you to build resilience by helping you to recognise early warning signs, enhance problem solving skills and develop coping strategies.

If you do require a face-to-face service, we can now offer that for you. Staff have worked hard to provide a Covid-safe environment. Unfortunately, this does mean that it will look and feel different to the face-to-face 1-1’s that we offered prior to March 2020.

Since March 2020 we have had to adjust the way we operate to provide the same quality of service, as safely as possible, but we have never stopped offering a 1-1 service to people. Despite all the changes since March, we have worked incredibly hard in developing and maintaining the same standard of service that you would have received prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Pathfinder staff have now become experts in offering support through telephone, digital and email, meaning that you can get the same support from the comfort of your own home.
