Pathfinder one-to-one support
The Pathfinder service provides the opportunity to anyone living in Coventry, over 18 years of age, who is experiencing an emotionally difficult time in their lives to identify the causes and explore ways to make positive changes. You can have up to eight sessions with a named worker who will support you to build resilience by helping you to recognise your early warning signs, enhance problem solving skills and develop coping strategies.
The service aims to assist you in looking at all aspects of life and identifying what needs to change and what could be different.
The service will signpost you to specialist services when required while offering support in specific areas such as anxiety, low mood, negative thinking patterns, worrying, low confidence and many more.
The service is for anyone over the age of 18 and living in Coventry. Self-referral is accepted and preferred.
