Job Title Recovery Support Worker
Location: Coventry
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Hours: Full time 37 hours

(to include weekends/bank holidays on a rota basis)

Job type: Permanent
Purpose of the job:

To provide practical and emotional person-centred support that works towards empowerment and recovery, which values equality and diversity and is proactively targeted to achieve levels of independence appropriate for each Service User.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of working in a care/support role.
  • NVQ/Diploma level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Flexibility – able to work shifts over a 7 day period.
  • Strong commitment to empowering service users.
  • Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Able to use a computer and/or other electronic device.
