Lorna’s Red January Appeal 2019
I’m fundraising for Red January because I know that our physical health and mental health are connected – any physical activity helps improve both physical health and mental health – especially in the winter time when everything feels more… gloomy.
I’m not sure which activities I will do yet; I’ll probably mix them up a bit so I don’t get bored. I might take a walk around the block, do 20 minutes on an exercise bike or dig out the wii fit. Whatever it is, this is my commitment to do some kind of physical activity every day throughout January, and I will record it on the calendar that Jade gave me to keep me going…
