200 Miles for MIND!
Hi I’m Laura. Over the course of August I will be running a minimum of 200 miles. My aim is to run around 5 miles everyday, which will give me a few days spare just in case I have to miss a day.
It should be made clear that these 200 miles are extra to the conditioning I already do to play sport and every single mile will be run outside. (Not on a treadmill)
I am fundraising for MIND because mental health affects all of us and having support through tough times is crucial to recovery. I think the work that MIND does for the community is amazing, especially in the way they educate children and adult on how to help someone struggling with their mental health.
