|Purpose of the job:
To support the organisation in developing good relationships and practices towards people across the equality’s strands. To review and amend the existing equality & diversity policy; the organisations strategic view on equality and inclusion and to provide a specialist source of knowledge on equality & diversity issues.
At times, this post holder will lead specific pieces of work linked to increasing access rates across the organisation.
