- Is the service caring?
- Is the service responsive?
- Is the service well-led?
Services are given one of 4 ratings in each area: Inadequate, Requires improvement, Good, and Outstanding.
IRSS was rated GOOD in all areas.
We were particularly pleased with this as this is very rare for a service which has only been running around 18 months.
