Wellbeing services from January 2022 onwards  more

Coventry Wellbeing Hub

Coventry Wellbeing Hub provides a safe, social environment for anyone wanting to access light-touch support, information, guidance, and signposting to specialist services in Coventry.

Depending on current Covid considerations, the service provides a mix of peer support, drop-in sessions, one-to-one confidential signposting sessions and a variety of themed workshops.

Services are delivered face-to-face and can also be delivered via telephone or video-link dependent upon personal preference.  We also provide information points in the community by attendance at community events and via our Wellbeing Bus.

Coventry Hub service updated December 2021

Social gatherings for up to 12 people are currently being provided on a bookable first-come first-served basis, with social distancing in place.

These groups are currently available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Themed Zoom sessions continue and signposting sessions for new enquirers are offered via telephone or face-to-face at the Hub.

Please revisit this page for further updates as we progress towards a more open format while ensuring that we keep service users, staff, and volunteers as safe and well as we possibly can.

    Eligibility/Referral

The service is for anyone over the age of 18 and living in Coventry.  Self-referral is accepted and preferred.
