Together with people who have experienced mental health problems we provide quality services and support that reduce stigma and promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

|Coventry and Warwickshire Mind has been funded to deliver a Social Prescribing service to GP patients. The post holder will receive referrals from GP surgeries across Primary Care Network (PCN) teams and will become part of a wider community link/social prescribing service model.|
Support will focus on patients non-medical, socio-economic needs and support provided will include a range of brief support interventions, advice, guidance, and signposting to local service support provisions including information on community groups, voluntary sector and statutory services available locally.
We are looking for individuals who are flexible and approachable and have at least 1 year’s experience of working within an organisation providing a range of support activities to vulnerable adults with varying mental health needs.
We would welcome applications at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience in one or more of the following areas: Social Work/Youth Work/Psychology/Mental Health/Occupational Therapy/Community Development/Education.
