We are pleased to announce that the Community Autism Support Service (CASS) has been extended for another year, to the 31st of March 2022!
Although we had to close the doors to group activities across Coventry and Warwickshire and on 20th March 2020, we have been busy delivering support throughout the lockdown and restriction periods, including:
- Responding to any enquiries/requests for information and support via telephone and/or email
- Delivering regular welfare check calls to those who needed them
- Providing online education courses and peer support groups
- Planning for a return to offering face to face support in covid secure environments
We are pleased to tell you of the following activities that we currently have available:
Peer Support Groups
Our small peer support groups provide autistic adults the opportunity to meet others across Coventry and Warwickshire. We are now offering our groups on a fortnightly basis, with face-to-face and online options.
You must be registered to attend our Peer Support Groups, as you are not able to drop-in. In order to keep the groups a manageable size, we ask that you choose from accessing one face-to-face group OR one online group.
*** Ask us about our NEW Young Adult Peer Support Groups for individuals age 18-25, offered as an alternative to the groups above ***
