Job Title Administrator
Location: Paybody Building, Coventry
Salary: £16,000 per annum
Hours: Full time 37 hours
Job type: Permanent
Purpose of the job:

We are currently looking to employ a full time administrator to work within our CAMHS Looked After Children service, based at the Paybody Building, Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.  The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient administrative service.

Good organisational and communication skills are important and you will need to have an excellent telephone manner, taking confidential calls, sensitively and accurately and reporting to staff members using agreed procedures.  You must be able to multi task and work well under pressure, as part of a team and individually.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of working in a busy administrative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to use a computer and other electronic devices.
  • Good time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability and experience of working with a wide range of people.
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually.
