2022 challenge

Are you ready to take on the 2022 Challenge for Coventry and Warwickshire Mind?

It’s simple, all you need to do is set yourself a challenge for 20 consecutive days, for 22 minutes a day and get sponsors for your challenge. Pick a month to do the 2022 Challenge or do it every month! Track your efforts by setting up a Just Giving page.  


Start small… pick one challenge a day from the list below:


1. Walk for 22 minutes a day 12. Jog or run for 22 minutes a day
2. Be present, 22 mindful minutes a day 13. Do 22 sit up’s, push ups, star jumps or your favourite fitness movement
3.Take 22 photos a day capturing your life and the world around you! 14. Do yoga/pilates for 22 minutes a day
4. Do 22 lengths or 22 widths of the swimming pool a day 15. Run up and down the stairs 22 times a day
5. Learn a skill for 22 minutes a day (such as learn an instrument) 16. Read 22 pages of a book a day
6. Draw/doodle/paint for 22 minutes a day 17. Spend 22 minutes in nature
7. Sing for 22 minutes a day 18. Dance for 22 minutes a day
8. Walk 22 miles in 20 days 19. Knit for 22 minutes a day
9. Reduce screen time to 22 minutes a day 20. Wake up 22 minutes earlier
10. Declutter for 22 minutes a day 21. Learn 22 new words a day
11. Do 22 acts of kindness 22. Think of your own 22 challenge!

Our ideas are based around the five ways to wellbeing:

  • Learn
  • Give – you’ve got this one sorted already by fundraising!
